Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICY:

Please allow 1-4 days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days Monday-Friday not including holidays. Once fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email, follow this tracking number for your order. We are not responsible for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been shipped, that includes lost or stolen packages.

 

LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS:

Customers who choose to pick up their orders locally will receive a notification once their order is ready. Our shipping employee will then contact them to arrange a suitable time and date. We kindly request that customers do not arrive at the pickup location unless they have been contacted. TRANSIT TIME:

Transit time will not begin until your order has been processed and leaves the shipping facility. Standard ground shipping is anywhere between 2-5 business days depending on your address. Expedited shipping is 1-2 business days in Oregon and California. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Any orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Naked Beauty is not responsible for delayed packages PLEASE CONTACT USPS WITH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays)
